Safari
A series of portraits of African animals at risk of extinction. Animals' faces pointing downward symbolise passivity and apathy. The title of the series refers to the tourist trend of watching and photographing wild animals in their natural habitats. The effects of these increasingly commercialised trips raise questions about the limits of ethical human interference in nature.
